Habit Again is a service of Dale Technology LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What Habit Again is

Habit Again is an independent companion app for people who read Stephen R. Covey's book. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by FranklinCovey or the author's estate. The app does not include the book's text. Its exercises and summaries are written in our own words, and you are expected to read your own copy.

Your account and your writing

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Everything you write in Habit Again belongs to you. You can download it or delete it at any time from your account page. We only use it to run the service for you.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes the self-check, the foundations and Habit 1 exercises, chapter notes and the tracker. The full plan costs US$10 a month plus any applicable taxes, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your writing stays readable and exportable afterwards.

The coach

The coach is an AI feature that answers from what you have written. It can be wrong. It is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser and is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services, or call or text 988 in the US. The coach has a monthly usage limit that resets on the 1st.

Fair use

Do not use Habit Again to break the law, to harm others, to try to access other people's data, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Habit Again available but cannot promise it will never be down. We may update these terms and will tell you by email before material changes take effect.

Liability

Habit Again is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
